Affordable and good, that’s what this site offers. They have some of the most amazing personalized Birth Announcements that I’ve seen.  It’s really easy to set up too if you’re satisfied with their standard offerings (versus getting something customized).

All you have to do is to fill in the information you want printed and you get the digital sample online immediately. They also customize wedding invitations, and personalize photo cards for Christmas greetings.

I wonder what the death rate of blogs are.  I think most blogs die after 3 months or so. But that’s a complete “BLINK” (Malcolm Gladwell) guess.  According to Time in 2006, 200 million blogs “died” … which is an incredible number of births and deaths if you ask me.  It must be because of all those serial births, including the unwanted pregnancies.  I mean how many of us signed up for something only to get locked out of the account because we did something wrong or the connection was dropped or something was wrong on the server side.  Yep, plenty.

There is a question of resurrection though … that maybe these blogs are not dead, just eerily silent.  One day, they may come back to life, but probably only for a short while too.  And most likely, it would have taken on an entirely different personality.  Probably  a monetarily induced one.

It’s hard not to be depressed with constant news about the horrifying events in Sichuan. Apparently there are still aftershocks occurring and people can’t move forward because of it.

The school going kids are the most affected emotionally.  Hope that they get not only the physical help but also the mental help and support needed.

What they really need now, according to reporters who are actually there, are tents because so many people are homeless and many of the buildings are severely damaged and some are still collapsing. Rescue workers are really exhausted now and they need to be replaced.
